Watermark Gallery offers a warm welcome to all customers and our small team of staff will do all they can to help any visitors with a disability, as well as their carers or companions.
Pay and display parking is available right outside the gallery door. If you are coming to collect an item, we will happily bring it to your car – just call us on 01423 562659 to let us know you have arrived. We can also help you to and from your car if necessary.
Although the gallery has one small step up to the entrance, from the pavement, we have a ramp for wheelchair users and will be very happy to help you use it. Simply knock on the window or call us on 01423 562659 to get our attention.
Once inside, the gallery is completely level and all three areas of exhibition space are fully accessible for wheelchair users. If an artwork is too high on the wall for you to see, we will be happy to take it off the wall and display at tabletop height.
For those using the event/workshop space at the back of the gallery, we do have ramped access. Toilet facilities are available for workshop users. However, please be aware there is one step up to the toilet and the toilet is not suitable for wheelchair users.
